Consulting Engagement Terms
Consulting sessions are billed at $125/hour unless otherwise noted with ICG.
Time is billed for scheduled meetings, preparation, research, strategy development, follow-up recommendations, and email communication related to your project.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled in advance through calendar invitations on mutually agreed upon dates.
Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice. If cancelled after 24 hours prior to a session, 75 percent of your session will be billed.
Payment

Invoices are sent bi-weekly via email.
Consulting engagements do not include ongoing project management or on-demand support.
Questions and discussions are welcome during scheduled sessions and via email as needed, with responses provided during normal business hours.

Communication
Consulting sessions are advisory in nature and do not include execution of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Scope
This engagement is intended to provide strategic guidance, recommendations, brainstorming, and feedback.
If ongoing support becomes beneficial, we can discuss transitioning to a package or retainer structure.
